When can I expect my order to be delivered?
- It takes us up to 48 hrs to dispatch your order once it is confirmed.
- After being dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days.
- You will keep receiving updates on the status of your order on your registered phone number and email.
- You can also track the status of your order here.
I haven’t yet got my product delivered. The number provided by the delivery partner is not reachable. How shall I contact them?
We are exceedingly sorry for the inconvenience faced. Please reach out to us with your registered phone/email & order number and we will communicate the matter to the shipping partner on your behalf.
My order is not yet shipped, I would like to cancel my order.

You can request cancellation by reaching out to us via email at wecare@sky-925.com or by creating a ticket on our whatsapp chatbot number at +91-9990012717. Our team will assist you with the process.

How do I cancel my order when it has already been shipped?
We are sorry to hear that you would want to cancel your order. To cancel a shipped order:
- Please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us.
- If the order was prepaid, we will initiate the refund once you have refused the delivery.
Also, please do let us know what prompted you to cancel your order, your feedback will help us improve in future.
What is your return policy?
We have a 03 days return policy for the reasons below:
- Size or Fitness issue
- Did not like the quality/design
- Received a damage product
- Wrong product received
Note:
- The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned
- Items must be returned in their original packing.
- SKY-925 reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
- No returns will be accepted after 03 days.
How do I return the product?
We are sorry to hear that you would want to return the product. To return the product:- Write to us at wecare@sky-925.com or whatsapp us on 9990012717, if you wish to return the product.
- Please attach the product images and unboxing video with the message.
- After QC, A reverse pick will be arranged for you from our side thereafter.
- Reverse pick up takes about 72 hours and once it is done, your refund will be initiated.
- Note: It may take 6-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Can the delivery address be changed after placing the order?
To change the delivery address of the order:
- Reach out to us on any of our support channels and we will get on board to help you best.
Note: For the order that has been dispatched already, chances are little of getting the address updated. If we have already shipped your order, we will call it back and send you a new package from our side.
Do you ship to the UK/USA?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. However, we can ship to your location if you are okay to bear the cost of shipping.

Is speedy delivery available at SKY ?
We mostly air-ship our orders but if you still need expedited shipping, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order as early as we can.
Can I get a faster delivery if I pay for it?
We already airship most of our orders – so we do not require you to pay extra. You can reach out to us through our support channels and we will try our best to help!
Can I change the address after the order is dispatched?
If the order has already been dispatched, the chances are little of getting the address updated. If we have already shipped your order, we will call it back and send you a new package from our side.
Can you call me on my number while delivering?
We work with all leading delivery partners and most of them will give you a call before delivering the order. However, this is not something that we can vouch for, since there are third-party delivery agents involved.
I have not placed the order. What is in there?
We get that you might not have placed the order that you have received. We often get order requests for gifting so it is possible someone might have placed a gift order for you. We request you to be patient to receive your gift and open with a smile!
I received an empty box in my order. What should I do?
We are exceedingly sorry to hear that you have received an empty box.
Following can be reasons that might have caused this inconvenience:
- Tampering by the delivery personnel.
- An operations error at our end.
Nevertheless, please reach out to us ASAP with the images and unboxing video of the box and your order number and we will ship out a replacement to you from our side.
I am currently out of the station. Is it possible to receive the order when I come back?
Following can be done in case you are unable to receive your order:
- If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, send us a reminder on when you would like us to ship it and we will take it further accordingly.
- If the order is already in transit, we will request the shipping partner to hold it for you for a few days and reattempt delivery. (Note: This is not an assured service.)
- You can also request your neighbour/security to receive the parcel on your behalf.
Reasons that might have led to the cancellation of your order:
- Your order was COD.
- Your order was missing important information.
For all of the above cases, we reach out to customers to get a confirmation/update so we can ship their orders. In case we do not hear back for 7 days, we might cancel your order.
However, if you would still like to receive your order, please let us know and we will recreate and ship out your order again.
My coupon code is not working.
We are sorry to hear that your coupon code is not working.
Following are the possibilities for this inconvenience caused:
- Typos while entering the code as coupon codes are case sensitive.
- The coupon code is old and hence expired, in which case, we request you to reach out to us on our whatsapp number +91-9990012717 with a picture of the code, and we will do our best to help.
I forgot to apply the discount coupon while placing the order. What should I do to get the discount now?

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. Hence, you can buy our colour stoned jewellery with assurance that the colours will not fade with regular use. However, you can follow these steps to make your jewellery last long:

What is the size of the ring?
SKY takes care of your convenience. All our rings are adjustable, so they can fit any finger size.
I forgot to add a note while ordering. Can it be done?
We try our best to assist our customers with purchasing. Please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help.
Note: This is not an assured service, once the order has been placed without a note, there is a good chance that we may not be able to add the note despite you informing us before shipping.

I need to exchange my product as it is broken.
We are sorry to hear that your product is damaged. To exchange a broken product:
- Please write an email to us at wecare@sky-925.com or whatsapp us at 9990012717 with images of the product & unboxing video. We will help arrange a replacement for you.
When will I get a replacement for the product I returned?
Following are the things you need to know in case you have opted for a replacement:
- Your replacement gets shipped out as soon as the initial order’s return is picked up.
- Once the new order is created, you will receive a confirmation over email or whatsapp.
I returned the order already but I have not yet received my refund.
We are sorry to hear that you’re facing an inconvenience. Please note that:-
- We initiate refunds within 48 hrs of the return getting picked up from you.
- Once the refund is initiated, it should be credited in your bank account/payment source in 6-7 working days.
- If this is not the case, please contact us and we will take this matter to our bank/gateway partners.
Do I need to pack the box while returning?
Yes, we strongly recommend that you keep the box safe for the duration of the return window and while returning, return the jewellery items in the box as jewellery is precious and fragile and is likely to get damaged without a box.
